About the role
As Senior Manager, Lending, you’ll support businesses to find the best lending options on Levr’s intelligent loans platform. Your strong knowledge of lending offerings with support from our Head of Partnerships will enable your achievement of targets.
If you’re looking to bridge your career from finance into fintech, or a senior software account executive looking for the opportunity to lead a growing team and significantly impact the growth and lay the foundation of an early-stage company’s sales structure. This role allows for a ton of learning and career growth.
As our Senior Manager, Lending you’ll cross-functionally work with our whole team from development, design, product, and marketing. We’re passionate about transforming the way businesses access financing and manage loans, and to do that, we’ll need your expertise and first-hand client experiences.
This is a remote-first position, with a preference for candidates based in Vancouver, Canada. Our team values relationships & human experiences and often meet for team-building events and necessary critical business meetings. We currently have team members in Vancouver and Toronto, Canada as well as in San Francisco, California.
Responsibilities
- Following up and qualifying businesses interested in securing capital, and offer the best borrowing experience using Levr.ai to build trust and loyalty.
- Assist businesses to leverage the power of Levr’s intelligent loans platform adding relevant information and documentation creation used by financial partners to expedite approvals.
- Own sales targets and work closely with the Head of Partnerships to define priorities, remove blockers and expand knowledge of the best lending solutions.
- Collaborate with development teams as the voice of our clients and a subject matter expert to drive impact on the direction of Levr’s product evolution.
- Partner with businesses using Levr’s intelligent loans platform and provide clarity to their funding journey and experience. This will be a critical product feedback loop provided to teams for development and marketing communications.
- Experiment with platform features as a client partner to drive high-value customer experiences and platform engagement and adoption.
Who you are
Qualifications
- Located and legally authourized to work in Canada.
- 5-7 years of experience selling B2B financial products, financial software, or both.
Ability to work autonomously and with a desire for a high level of ownership and accountability. - Experience with the lending or financial services industry and Strong communication and interpersonal skills developed in a customer-facing role working directly with business owners and founders.
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced sales environment with a history of meeting quotas and creating self-directed sales plans.
- As this is a remote-first and client-facing role, the ideal candidate will be able to accommodate having numerous distraction-free client interactions via access to high-speed internet and phone connectivity (landline, mobile, or VOIP).
Nice to have
- Experience working in an early-stage startup environment wearing multiple hats and leading initiatives.
- Knowledge of fintech or demonstrated curiosity around the industry.
- Familiar with the following technologies: Hubspot (CRM), Slack, GSuite
