Data stays scoped
Brokers see their own clients and deals. Lenders see the applications submitted to them, not a shared pool of deal data.
Trust & Security at Levr
Brokers use Levr to collect, organize, and submit some of a business owner's most sensitive documents. Our controls are supported by a SOC 2 Type II report, Secure Broker certification, and BBB accreditation, so your team has evidence to evaluate instead of promises to trust.

Independent proof
Each credential answers a different diligence question. Together, they give brokers, clients, lenders, and compliance teams a clearer view of how Levr protects data and conducts business.

How Levr protects a deal
Security is built into the workflow from client intake through lender submission. The goal is simple: sensitive information should move only where the broker intends it to move.
Brokers see their own clients and deals. Lenders see the applications submitted to them, not a shared pool of deal data.
Data is encrypted at rest and in transit, with encrypted backups and controlled document access.
Role-based permissions, multi-factor authentication on critical systems, and activity records help keep access deliberate and reviewable.
Built for diligence
Detailed security documentation, completed questionnaires, and the restricted-use SOC 2 Type II report are available to qualified lender partners and enterprise brokers under NDA.
Common questions
No. Levr does not sell customer data. Information is shared only as needed to provide the service and as described in our Privacy Policy.
No. A lender sees the application and documents submitted to that lender. Other lenders do not receive access to it.
